"Take Care of Your Inner Climate" is a program designed to help individuals cope with the modern-day challenges they face in their daily lives. This program utilizes ancient practices of yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation to provide individuals with the tools they need to achieve mental clarity and physical balance.
The program is led by Indian yoga master Govind Radhakrishnan, who has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of yoga and meditation. The classes are conducted in simple English.
